One of my larger projects is Tax Lien Finder. After doing some research on property tax liens in Maricopa County, I discovered the process of looking up parcel information on county Assessor and Treasurer websites was quite tedious and time-consuming. By leveraging my database and development skills, I developed software that automatically collects parcel data from these sites and compiles the data in a searchable database. The result is a fast searching of Maricopa property tax liens on a variety of criteria. If there is enough interest, I will consider expanding to include other counties across the United States.

The yearly delinquent tax public notices are normally posted in January or February at www.ananews.com. Each year, I retrieve the data, parse it into a database, and collect additional data for each parcel. The data is searchable at Tax Lien Finder.
